Gemmist currently accepts returns of defective products returned within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
We also accept returns of products you purchased for the first time that have at least one-half of the product remaining and are returned within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
You must first contact Gemmist at support@gemmist.com for authorization and request a pre-paid return shipping label. In some cases, you may be offered an exchange instead of a return for a refund.
Only authorized returns will be acknowledged and eligible for a full refund. Refunds for authorized returns include the purchase price of the returned products and any sales tax. Unless a product is defective, we do not refund any original shipping fees. Any refund we issue will be credited to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.
